ABOUT THE RANDY WHITE BIG MAN CAMP
The Randy White Big Man Camp is a football skills development camp for offensive and defensive linemen and applicable for most any other position including linebackers, defensive backs , running backs and wide receivers. Any position that emphasizes hand and / or footwork and leverage techniques should benefit from this training and is open to ages 8-18.
The camp began in 2007 in Dallas, Texas by Former Dallas Cowboy All Pro and NFL Hall of Famer Randy White. Today our Camps reach out to players in Dallas, Corpus Christi, and The Rio Grande Valley. Participants come from every geographic region of Texas.
The camp features applied martial arts in football training. This advanced training principle was first introduced to the NFL and specifically to the Dallas Cowboys in 1976 by Dr. Bob Ward, the famous Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Dallas Cowboys, in coordination with Martial Arts legend, Dan Inosanto. Participants of the Randy White Big Man camp will be taught the same advanced methods that a young 3rd year player in 1976 learned, a player that ultimately developed in to a NFL legend and a spot in the NFL Hall of Fame…Randy White.
‘These skills played a major part of my success as a Dallas Cowboy, they gave me an advantage. My goal is to give young players the same opportunity that I had. Taking a part of our Camp is a big step to getting better as a football player and I encourage serious athletes to take advantage of it.’
